Kane Brown might end up being the next Taylor Swift. No, that’s not so much a prediction that he’ll someday sell out multiple nights at mammoth football stadiums like Tay-Tay. Although, Brown is headlining this Saturday at Southern California’s giant Stagecoach Festival, so football stadiums could be right around the corner for this rapidly rising star. The more pertinent point to this comparison is that Brown could become the next major pop crossover artist to hail from the country music realm. And, really, he shouldn’t have to change much of his game to accomplish that feat.During his highly anticipated concert at the SAP Center in San Jose on Thursday (April 27), Brown showcased numerous reasons why he’s such an appealing crossover candidate, as the vocalist thrilled the crowd with ample amounts of star power, stage presence and pure talent during the course of 19 songs. SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — The tech entrepreneurs who flocked to San Francisco two decades ago bringing jobs and wealth, and also soaring housing prices and gentrification, are becoming a rising political force in a city they say is woefully off track. They are forming advocacy organizations — among them Together SF, Abundant SF and Grow SF — to pressure officials to tackle soaring housing costs, public drug dealing and other woes exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. While the organizations differ in their priorities, they all say a small group of power brokers, many of them progressives, have prevented the city from solving some of its most pressing issues. The groups are highlighting fissures among Democrats in this liberal stronghold that has struggled to rebound from the pandemic.“In San Francisco there’s a lot of political ideology that holds people back from working together for the things that they actually agree on,” said Kanishka Cheng, who co-founded TogetherSF in 2020 with billi...Leclerc beats Verstappen to pole for Azerbaijan Grand Prix

We came into the weekend thinking that it would be a great weekend if we are in front of Aston (Martin) and Mercedes...In Lebanon, Iran FM visits Israel border, extolls Hezbollah
