CHICAGO — A 13-year-old teen girl has been reported missing.Dontiasiah Hooper was last seen on Aug. 10 wearing black shorts and a black shirt.Chicago police did not provide a location where Hooper was missing from.Hooper has black hair and brown eyes. KYLE, Texas (KXAN) --- Tesla is setting up shop in yet another Central Texas city. The City of Kyle is welcoming the company to the area. The announcement came at the 2023 State of the City Address, hosted by The Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce.Kyle Mayor Travis Mitchell said he doesn't know exactly what Tesla's plans are just yet. ST. LOUIS - Police say that prisoners took a 70-year-old guard hostage at the city Justice Center. They held him hostage on the fourth floor for several hours.
